It’s 2023. Most consumer brands have learned to prioritize their users (think Apple). As mothers, how is it possible that our breast pumps still make us look and feel like we’re cows?
Every time I pump, I wish:

- I didn’t have to spend 5 minutes assembling and dismantling my pump.
- I didn’t look like a cow (traditional pumps) or like I have fake boobs (wearable pumps).
- I didn’t have to worry about milk leaks when moving around.
- I didn’t have to consider where and how to rinse my pump.
- I didn’t have to worry about storing my milk right away.

Our existing solutions are not optimal for the day to day, but they definitely don’t work for any of my adventures. How am I supposed to do the above in a ski lodge? On the mountain while ski touring? At the beach while kiteboarding? On a long bike ride? Or even a 6-hour hike?

All I want is a bra that doubles up as a pump. Think a new layer of skin on top of your skin that pumps milk “from the inside to the outside.” Think this product makes you feel sexy, beautiful, and empowered. This is a plea for out of the box innovation in lieu of continuing to make existing pumps a bit smaller and calling that a breakthrough.
